After completing your purchase, the web shop sends you a receipt within a day and informs you of successful (or unsuccessful) authorization status and further orders.

All products found on the online store are in stock and ready for delivery. The inventory update is done at the end of the day, so there is a very small possibility that the requested item is not available. If you ordered an item that is not available in inventory, we will notify you by email and cancel the transaction.

Q SHOES bears all shipping costs for purchases of more than 100€ in Croatia. For purchases less than 100€ the cost of delivery is 10€

For orders in the European Union, shipping cost is 10€.

For orders in countries not in the EU, shipping cost is 20€.

We deliver using the DHL Worldwide international partner.

The ordered goods will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days for European Union (EU), Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. For all other countries for delivery takes 3 to 4 working days.

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS from DHL containing shipping information and tracking number so that the progress of your order delivery can be tracked. DHL offers standard and flexible delivery options.

We deliver from Croatia (European Union). For all destinations in the European Union you do not pay taxes and tarifs. For all other countries, the recipient is responsible for all potential import fees, adjusted taxes and local taxes imposed by the country in which the shipment is made. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can exchange all purchases within 15 days of receipt. Note: We can only replace a defective object that is in its original state and has not been worn. The same item can only be replaced for another size. The cost of the refund is your cost. The previously booked exchange item will be sent immediately at our expense.

 

The customer has the right to return within 15 days from the date of receipt of the footwear, and we are re-delivering the new size or color free of charge! You are obliged to contact us first by e-mail [email protected]  and fill in the request for replacement. Upon our confirmation, we will contact you for a replacement. When we receive your shipment, we will deliver the required size or color for free.

When picking up the goods, the buyer is obliged to check any damages and immediately ask the post office official who delivered the package or refuse to take the package when there was visible external damage. Please contact us regarding this case by e-mail  [email protected]


The buyer has the right to object within 15 days if there is a defect on the product. Before returning the product, it is necessary to clean it and write a written explanation with the reason for objecting to the e-mail  [email protected] or fill in the return form that came with the product. Send the product explaining the complaint to Q SHOES, Ilica 47, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia with respect to the web shop – claim. When we receive the product, we follow the quality control procedure to determine what kind of damage and whether it is possible to repair it. The deadline for the completion of the complaint is 15 working days after receiving the complaint. The manufacturer is not responsible for mechanical damage to the upper part and soles while wearing shoes or jumping, sliding and similar activities that can damage the shoes.
