Thank you for your purchase at www.qshoes.com and we hope you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or replace any purchase. You must send or return the goods to us no later than 15 days from the date on which you transferred your desire to cancel the contract or exchange. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fifteen-day deadline.
Below are steps to restore or exchange an order:
To exercise this right to a refund or replacement, you must notify us of your decision to the following emails: firstname.lastname@example.org with this information:

Once we have received your feedback/exchange information email, we will authorise you to send your shoes back.
There are two options for organizing return:
1. You can do it on your own. If you decide to send the whole package by yourself to this address:

2. If you want that Q SHOES organizes a return, use this link for paying 30€ for organization of return: https://qshoes.com/en/shop/general/return-fee/. After payment we will send you shipping documents that you will give to the courier. Return will be done by DHL Worldwide.
Shoes must be packed and shipped in the same shoe box and shipping box. Also please fill out RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM and send it with the shoes. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.
Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt and send you a replacement for free. If you have applied for a refund, all approved refunds will be approved as soon as possible (invoice and payment method used for the original purchase).
