Vivobarefoot Primus Lite III is the most versatile pair of men's training shoes. They are made for natural movement and strengthening through a wide range of exercise disciplines. They are perfect for experienced barefoot enthusiasts and those just starting to train barefoot.
Active Ortholite Performance Insole it is made from 98% recycled PU foam, which helps reduce waste and use of clean plastic.
Pro5 Puncture Resistant finish is a light and flexible layer on the sole with a thickness of 0.8 mm. It is a protective layer to prevent pain, but it still allows the full spectrum of feelings.

With stabilizing TPU overlays and a 2mm Primus outsole, the versatile Primus Lite III is built to give barefoot strength, balance and mobility through CrossFit, weight training, calisthenics and HIIT workouts.
It is also suitable for experienced barefoot runners or light running for new runners.
Primus Outsole is a light and thin 2mm sole that is designed to leave as little as possible between your feet and the ground. The sidewall profile is the lowest it can be, giving it a slightly lower profile towards the heel, and the sole subtly covers the toe — providing enough protection for urban environments, without compromising natural movement. Strong geometric shapes lead to strong feet, so the tread pattern uses Vivobarefoot's signature hexagonal design to help provide multi-directional flexibility and traction. ​

The main materials in all Vivobarefoot Vegan products are synthetic and do not come from animals. We do not (yet) have the necessary transparency in the production of all the small components (such as glues and dyes) used in these products to ensure that they meet the best vegan practices. So while we believe the shoes are vegan, we can't guarantee that yet and want to be completely transparent.
