De loper elegant shoes

Floris Van Bommel elegant shoes made of black leather – De Loper. This full brogue model is made according to the Goodyear method.

For this traditional and labor-intensive way of making shoes, the sole is built into the shoe piece by piece without using any pre-made materials. Shoes produced using this method are sturdy, have a waterproof connection between the sole and the upper, can be repaired well and, above all, have a lot of character. In other words, Goodyear is the manufacturing method that the shoemaker chooses for his own elegant shoes. The sole is cobalt blue and made of durable TPU. The shoe comes with a lining made of premium calfskin. This model is made with an H-width. So the shoe has a slightly wider fit range, which is suitable for wider feet. The black calfskin is hand-dyed in the Floris Van Bommel production facility using a fine sponge and dye. This laborious treatment gives the leather, seams and decorative stitching an authentic hand-dyed look.
