Terms and Conditions


These conditions define the procedure for ordering, delivering and returning or claiming goods offered on our website. The supplier of the goods offered on this page is: Koleks d.o.o., Nodilova 7, Zagreb OIB: 31041897589 MB: 1469169, and the buyer of the goods is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the suppliers. All prices are expressed in euros and include value added tax (VAT).


Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Sales contract between Koleks d.o.o. and the customer in the online store is considered concluded at the moment when Koleks d.o.o. sends the first electronic message to the customer about the status of his order.

    From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and valid for Koleks d.o.o. as well. and for the customer. The customer is considered to be the person whose information was provided when submitting the order.


    The buyer will receive a confirmation notice of his order to his e-mail address after the end of the purchase and which has all the details approved by law.


    The ordered goods will be delivered within a few working days. We use GLS couriers for delivery in Croatia, and DHL for delivery in other countries.


    If the goods are not available, sellers will notify the buyer (by e-mail or phone call) of the possible delivery time. At this time, the customer can accept the new deadline or cancel the order. If the customer decides to cancel the order- suppliers will return the money within 30 days of the start of the delay, increased by penalties.


    When a customer picks up his order at his address, he is obliged to immediately check the goods and determine if there is any damage. If damage occurs, the customer must immediately return the package to the courier (if there are visible external damage). The goods are insured against loss of delivery, if the customer does not receive his order (or is not notified by the supplier / mail about some kind of delay) within 30 days, the buyer must contact the suppliers about it, so that suppliers can take the necessary actions to find the package or send a replacement.


    Shipping is 10€ for all orders.


    If the Buyer is not comfortable with the model or colour, there is a possibility of replacement within 15 days by contacting them first by e-mail [email protected] or phone number 01/4813-501 to arrange a return. Upon confirmation from our side, send the returned package to the address Koleks d.o.o., Q SHOES, Ilica 47, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Products must be packaged as received with a completed return or exchange form. The return cost is borne by the buyer.

     According to the "Act on Obligatory Relations, Art. 400 - 422 regulates the sale of consumer goods and accompanying guarantees", if you notice a defect or defect in the product, in order to exercise the right to claim responsibility for material defects, you have a period of 2 months from the time you discovered the defect to notify us of the defect. You can claim responsibility for material defects within two years, if you have informed the dealer about the defect within the deadline. If a defect in the product is found within 1 year (365 days) of taking over the purchased product, it is considered that such a defect already existed at the time of purchase. Take care that you must return the object of the complaint in the condition in which you bought it. If you have notified (there must be a written trace) the merchant about the defect in time, you can, at your option:


        – Demand from the seller that the defect be removed (within a reasonable period of time),

        - Require the seller to hand over another item without defects,

        - Declare that you are terminating the purchase agreement


    You can refer to a material defect if you believe that the item does not have the properties required for normal use. The consumer can exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he informs the trader about the defect within two months from the day of discovery of the defect. In the notice, the consumer must describe the defect in detail and allow the trader to inspect the item.

    If you notice a defect or defect in the product, in order to exercise the right to claim responsibility for material defects, you must notify the merchant within two months from the day you discovered the defect. The merchant is responsible for material defects that appear within two years of handing over the item.

    Before sending the shoes for complaints, it is necessary to clean them and write a written explanation about the reason for the complaints to the e-mail [email protected]. Also send the shoes together with the explanation of the complaint to the address Q Shoes, Ilica 47, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia with the indication "complaint". When we receive the shoes, there is a quality control process to determine what the damage is and whether the shoes can be repaired. The deadline for resolving complaints is 15 working days from the receipt of the shoes for the complaint. The manufacturer is not responsible for mechanical damage that occurs on the upper and lower part when wearing shoes, jumping, sliding and similar activities that can damage the footwear.

    The Buyer may unilaterally terminate the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason from the date on which the buyer or a third party designated by the customer, which is not the carrier, the goods that are the subject of the Contract have been handed over to the possession, i.e. in the case of service, since the conclusion of the Contract. The buyer is responsible for any impairment of the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

    In order for the buyer to be able to exercise the right to unilateral termination of the Contract, he must inform Koleks d.o.o. of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiry of the deadline by unequivocal statement sent by post to (Koleks d.o.o, Q-SHOES, Ilica 47, 10000 Zagreb) or by e-mail to the [email protected] in which you will provide your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and a written form for the unilateral termination of the Contract in croatian or in english jeziku.

    Confirmation of receipt of notice of unilateral termination contract we will deliver to you, without delay, by electronic mail.


    Disputes that are not resolved by agreement can be submitted for resolution to the competent court in Zagreb, the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Conciliation Center at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Conciliation Center at the Croatian Employers' Association or the Conciliation Center at the Croatian Conciliation Association.     Koleks d.o.o. the online store undertakes to provide protection to customers' personal data, by collecting only the necessary basic information about customers/users that are necessary to fulfil our obligations; informs customers about how to use the collected data, regularly gives customers the opportunity to choose how to use their data, including the possibility to decide whether or not to remove their name from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this information to do their job. All employees of Koleks d.o.o. – internet stores and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.


    We reserve the right to make errors in the descriptions, price or photos of items. Since the product stock is updated at the end of the day, it may happen that the product you ordered is not in stock because it has already been sold to another customer during the day. If the goods are not available, the seller will inform the buyer (in writing or by phone) about the possible delivery date. The customer can then accept the new delivery date or cancel the order. If the buyer decides to cancel the order, the seller will refund the money.
